Open Deck Kayaking Skills
SANTA CRUZ
Come and learn the fun of using a sit-on-top kayak (also known as open deck). We'll start with a review of the basics of sit-on-top kayaking. The course will cover learning all of the paddling strokes, basic safety and kayak rescues. This is a great class if you are getting into kayaking or want to enhance your existing skills.
When: 1st Saturday of every month at 9am
Cost: $50
Duration: 3 hours
Introductory class: no experience necessary
