SUP for Fitness Series

SANTA CRUZ

Both series begin with our Introduction to SUP which can be taken as a one time class.  The intro class is held every Saturday from 10am-12pm. Cost: $55

2-part Class
This 2-part class will focus on building core strength using stand up paddling as a medium.  Get outdoors and explore the waters of Santa Cruz as you work on balance and stamina while toning your legs, arms and abs.  In the beginning, students will learn how to handle their SUP board, paddling techniques, as well as turning and balancing.  We will conduct our workouts with seals, otters and a fantastic view of the coastline.

When: Class 1 dates: June 22, July 14, August 4
          Class 2 dates: June 29, July 21, August 11
(Note: classes do not have to be on subsequent weekends, but can be scheduled as your time allows)
Cost: $100.00
Duration: 2 hours each session








3-part Class
This 3-part class will accomplish what the 2-part series does, but will additionally include advanced paddling skills training and a longer distance ocean paddle. On the 3rd class, conditions permitting, the group will make the 3 mile paddle to the Wharf and back to the Harbor.

BONUS:
When you take the 3-part series, you receive a FREE 4 HOUR SUP RENTAL at a $35 value.
